Singapore’s logistics start-up Moovaz acquires SPH’s publication The Finder

Today, Singapore-based relocation start-up Moovaz announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Singapore Press Holdings’ expat publication, The Finder. The acquisition, will help add content and community building to its service. In consideration for the acquisition, SPH will become a shareholder of Moovaz and collaborate on regional outreach efforts via its media platforms
